Crimped Wire Stainless steel Cylindrical Wire Brush provide lighter brushing action and Superior finish when cleaning, removing rust and paint, smoothing, Cleaning fettling from cast seams, light Deburring. They are ideal for cleaning polishing and finishing of joints/weld joints or corners and areas that are hard to reach.
Our factory feature 304 Stainless Steel wire to offer a higher analysis wire to customers working on 304 stainless work pieces. Stainless steel wire is generally recommended for continuous operating temperatures up to 600°F. Temperatures above this level call for a more specialized wire such as Inconel (600).
Our factory is uses special quality wires with high flexibility and bending fatigue strength as standard. In combination with the high filament density, these brushes have longer service lives than conventional brushes and therefore the processing costs per piece are reduced.
