Description:
- Outer Diameter: 10 inches (approx. 254 mm). Provides a large contact area and long tool life, ideal for automated machinery.
- Abrasive Material: CBN (Cubic Boron Nitride). CBN is the second-hardest known material after diamond. It features high thermal stability and chemical resistance, making it perfect for ferrous metals and hard alloys where diamond would chemically react.
- Core / Mounting: Hexagonal Center Hole. The hex bore ensures positive drive engagement, preventing the brush from slipping on the machine's drive shaft under high torque.
- Filament Type: Abrasive Wire (Nylon or polymer extruded with encapsulated CBN grit).
