The power system adopts single-phase/three-phase asynchronous motor + special customized impeller with strong suction, high air volume and low noise.Single-phase motors adopt domestic famous brand, three-phase motors adopt Siemens brand motor.
The alloy material of the wind wheel, the unique dynamic balance correction technology, makes the wind wheel run more stable and reliable, and the air intake is larger.

In the aspect of electrical system, the main electronic control components adopt the international famous brand -- French schneider products.The motor can realize the independent control of the electric box, the built-in thermal overload protection, the control panel is simple and generous, and can easily realize the functions of remote control and linkage control.

• Quick disassembly type design, replace the filter quickly and conveniently

The filter replacement method adopts the quick-disassembly design. The operator only needs to unscrew the left and right two handles, and the filter can be taken down to clean and replace, which is convenient and quick and ensures good air tightness.

• Left and right air inlet, variable air outlet design

The air inlet adopts the left and right air inlet design, and the customer can choose the left or right air inlet freely according to the different placement of the equipment, reducing the length of the pipeline and unnecessary winding.
The outlet can choose the standard outlet with the long bar muffler device to discharge directly indoors, or add a circular outlet directly through the pipe or into the central smoke exhaust system.

• Multi-stage filtration, specially made activated carbon group, odor dust preferred

In the filtration system, polyester needle felt bag filter is adopted, with large filtering area. The filter can be cleaned and reused, greatly reducing the use of consumables.It is the first choice for laser processing non-metal dust especially for large amount of dust.
At the same time, HEPA HEPA filter and activated carbon filter are configured as secondary filters, which are especially applied in the deodorization condition.
This product USES the factory customized special activated carbon filter, iodine adsorption value of activated carbon, carbon tetrachloride adsorption and methylene blue adsorption value for specialized research, especially suitable for processing laser engraving leather, acrylic, kraft paper, PVC of non-metallic materials such as ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, carbon disulfide, methyl mercaptan, sulfide, dimethyl disulfide, trimethylamine, styrene and VOC organic waste gases, the effect is remarkable.
