The workpiece is fixed, and the gantry moving structure has good rigidity and high precision. The X-axis and Y-axis use AC servo motors to drive rack and pinion feeds. Among them, the X axis adopts gantry double drive, and the Z axis adopts AC servo motor to drive the ball screw feed. The rack and pinion are driven on both sides, with stable transmission, fast running speed, high acceleration, and good dynamic performance, which are in line with the characteristics of laser cutting technology.
