1. This machine is a water-cooled integrated laser welding system specially developed for the needs of the jewelry industry.
2. The system is mainly composed of laser, power supply and control, cooler, light guide and focus, binocular stereo microscopic observation, etc. It has a compact structure and small volume.
3. The microscopic coordinate indication coaxial with the laser beam makes the positioning of the workpiece easy without special fixtures.
4. The laser power, pulse frequency and pulse width can be preset and changed through the control panel.
5. It is mainly used for spot welding sand holes, repair holes, seams, spot welding sand holes and claw foot parts of gold and silver jewelry. The size of the solder joints can be adjusted at will during the welding process; the heat-affected zone is small; the solder joints are fine and beautiful, without too much treatment after welding; the positioning is accurate, and the surrounding inlaid jewelry will not be damaged during the welding process.
