What is laser cold welding machine
Laser welding uses high-energy laser pulses to locally heat the material in a small area.
The energy of laser radiation diffuses into the material through thermal conduction, melting the material to form a specific molten pool. It is a new type of welding method, mainly used for welding thin-walled materials and precision parts. It can realize spot welding, butt welding, overlap welding, sealing welding, etc.

Laser cold welding machine Features
1. Nozzle
Customers can replace the corresponding nozzles according to different welding processes, and adjust the focal length by twisting the copper nozzles. The adjustable range of the focus position is ±15mm.
2. Wire feeding device:
Lightweight bending wire feeding structure, wire feeding angle position can be easily adjusted.
3. Trachea connection
Protect the gas inlet.
4. Lead out the signal wire
It communicates with the copper nozzle. When welding, contact with the iron plate ground wire will generate a circuit, which plays a role of safety protection.
5. Protect the lens mount
The protective lens adopts a water-cooled structure, and the protective lens has a longer service life. It is recommended to wipe the dust of the protective lens with an alcohol-free cotton swab once a day.
6. Circulating waterway
The cold water circulation structure is used to cool the reflector and the gun body.
7. Liquid crystal display
It is used to display whether the parameters and signal status of the system settings are normal.
8. Gun handle
Aluminum alloy one-time process, light and handy, and comfortable to hold.
After changing the head structure and the position of the trigger button, both left and right hands can be used.
9. QBH protective cover
Connect to the laser end, and pay attention to cleaning during installation to avoid dust entering the gun body.
