3. Polycold unit for optional (cryopump device can highly reduce the cycle time) to capture the water molecular and oil mist for a high vacuum environment; 

4. The evaporation sources have multiple options:  E-beam Gun / Tungsten filament / or both sources. Flexible for various lighting reflector coatings.
