The standard model is RTAC1008, the machine contains key configurations
1. 6 sets cicular steered arc cathodes
2. Bias power supply
3. 1 set anode layer Ion source unit for optional.
4. High vacuum pumping system with Turbo Molecular pump for a stable vacuum environment.
5. Exclusively designed rotary jack and substrate holder system.
