PVD Ion Plating Applications:

PVD Ion Plating decorative coatings can be used not only for metal, stainless steel and glassware, but also porcelain (ceramic) material articles.

Our RTAC series machines which contain the cathodic arc evaporation sources, can coat porcelain vase and cups, dishes, etc. kitchenware, ceramic tiles, ceramic cups, plates, tableware, porcelain tiles, ceramic mosaic, floor tiles,

The machine is used to deposit TiN(gold color) ,Ti (silver color) and ZrN light/dark gold, TiAlN copper colors etc.

Since it can replace the traditional gold plating, also whole coating process is environmentally friendly, so much lower production cost, which benefit more and more customers.
