Stainless Steel Flat Welded Wedge Wire Screen also known as side hill screens, parabolic screens, run down screens, gravity screens and DSC Screen can be custom designed to separate solids from liquids in various applications including food processing, pulp and paper, waste water clean up, surface water intakes, corn wet milling, coal preparation, and gold recovery.
Stainless Steel Flat Welded Wedge Wire Screen is made of V-shape profile wire and longitudinal support rods, making the adjacent wire forming has a fixed value slot tubular body. Each intersecting point of these wires is fusion welded which makes it has sturdy construction and good mechanical property.
The profile wire and support rod can be axial wire or radial wire. It mainly includes internal filtration, external direction filtration. According to the different usage, we can design the flow direction and shape to meet the application requirements.
