Filters out impurities and suspended matter in water to ensure clean, sanitary water that won't cause blockages. Screens are typically made of fine-mesh stainless steel that effectively removes sediment and other small particles. The design and placement can be adjusted to ensure optimal balance between water flow and filtration.
The slit vibrator consists of cylindrical shakers with straight equipment. Bias blocks/wheels at both ends create centrifugal force when rotated, causing the main shaft to move in a circular motion. This creates gaps between parallel supporting rings that allow material separation.
When material enters from the feed end, part falls through the gap to the lower discharge port while the remainder exits through the discharge tank. The entire rotor moves along a sinusoidal track for efficient separation.
