Water well screen is welded by V wire and support rod. There is a fixed value slot between each V wire, and the continuous slot is designed to provide maximum open area to reduce entrance velocity, increase hydraulic efficiency and promote more effective development. The wrapped wire is V shape, and the support rod is O shape. Filter from outside to inside.
Slit vibrator is composed of a set of cylindrical shaker with straight equipment. There is a bias block or a bias wheel at both ends of the cylindrical shaker. When the motor drives the bias wheel to rotate, centrifugal force occurs and is transmitted to the equipment on the main shaft in the cylinder, so that the main shaft moves in a circle around the center line fixed on it.
Because the two supporting rings are located in opposite directions of the roll and parallel to each other, a gap is formed between them parallel to the horizontal plane. When the material enters from the feed end, it falls into the lower discharge port through the gap, and the other part of the material is discharged from the discharge port and discharged out of the machine through the discharge tank.
