Johnson Wire Wrap Screen are made by welding v-shaped wire on support rods, creating slots which enlarge inwardly, meeting the most demanding standards for ruggedness, durability, consistency and slot openings. The v-shaped opening allows only two contact points with the particles, thus preventing any risk of clogging.
There is a fixed value slot between each v wire, and the continuous slot is designed to provide maximum open area to reduce entrance velocity, increase hydraulic efficiency and promote more effective development. The wrapped wire is V shape, and the support rod is O shape. Filter from outside to inside.

- Not easy to jam: The special V shaped wire makes the hole of screen outside face smaller than inside, so the hole is not easy to jam.
- Slot even: The CNC machine tools strictly control the gap between the wire, so that the gap is even.
