SUS 304 Johnson Wedge Wire Screen 273mm 10" Continuous Slot Screen Pipe

Johnson Wedge Wire Screen is welded by V wire and support rod, creating slots which enlarge inwardly, meeting the most demanding standards for ruggedness, durability, consistency and slot openings. The v-shaped opening allows only two contact points with the particles, thus preventing any risk of clogging. There is a fixed value slot between each v wire, and the continuous slot is designed to provide maximum open area to reduce entrance velocity, increase hydraulic efficiency and promote more effective development.

• Not easy to jam: The special V shaped wire makes the hole of screen outside face smaller than inside, so the hole is not easy to jam.
• Slot even: The CNC machine tools strictly control the gap between the wire, so that the gap is even.
• Strong corrosion resistance: Stainless steel 304 has high corrosion resistance.

Slot size (mm): 0.10, 0.25, 0.70, 1.0, 2.0, 5.0 ... 45mm also achieved upon request.
