High Performance Sand Control Screens , Stainless Steel Well Screen Pipe
Profile V Wire Wound Screen Continuous Slotted Jonson Screened Pipe
Product Description:
Wire Wrap Sscreeb is manufactured with V-shaped profile wire which is spirally wound around a cage of longitudinal support rods. Each intersecting point of these wires is fusion welded. The pitch of winding gives different spacing between two adjacent turns of wire. This spacing gives passage for water to enter. The entire process is completed on fully computerized machines.

Advantages:
- adoption of the wedged wires made a V profile slot. This design ensures the fluent of water filtration and more effective
- wedged wires are spirally wound around a cage of longitudinal support rods in succession which formed high-density uniformed slots and avoid clogging. So that the high production efficiency and long life service of the well are guaranteed.
- arrangement of the longitudinal support rods and the successive slots provide higher compressive property
Application:
Wre wrap screen pipe specific continuous-slot construction aims to optimize flow rates, minimize clogging and help develop the water-bearing geological formations faster. It is best applied in the following situations:
Geological formations comprised of small, fine particles
Water wells where gravel packs will be installed
Thin aquifers, where maximum open area is required
Large- and small-diameter deep wells
