Reverse Wedge wire screen taper cylinder is made by Johnson screen mesh through reverse welding. Johnson screen mesh is welded by V wire and support rod. There is a fixed value slot between each V wire, and the continuous slot is designed to provide maximum open area to reduce entrance velocity, increase hydraulic efficiency and promote more effective development.

The finished reverse wedge wire screen cylinder has a smooth inside. We can make it to a funnel type to suit the centrifuge machine. Special funnel shape can make the sieve basket play a more efficient role in the centrifuge.
