We can offer perforated pipe with stainless steel or carbon steel material. The max outer diameter is 630mm, the max wall thickness is 25mm, and the length can be R3. The size of the round holes ranges from 5mm to 25mm. Our new machine can drill any pattern and any number of holes as requested by the customer for water wells.
The perforated casing pipe features cutting-edge technology and is manufactured with carbon steel or stainless steel. It is used for oil reservation layers without much sand or to prevent rock bits from dropping off the well bore.
The overall strength of the drilling base pipe is only 2 to 3% smaller than standard casing or tubing. Therefore, it can withstand compression deformation and maintain sufficient overall strength. Even with local deformation, the compression portion of the gap will not be enlarged.
