Stainless Steel 304 Johnson V Wire Wrapped Wound Screen Plate is welded by V wire and support rod with fixed value slots between each wire. The support bar can be round, triangular, or trapezoidal wire.

The maximum screen size can be 3000×4430mm. Frames or support plates can be added to the bottom or surrounding of the screen according to customer requirements. The screen can also be manufactured with a specific arc to meet application needs.

The surface features evenly spaced slots with firm solder joints and excellent permeability.
