Stainless Steel Johnson Type Slot 60 Wedge Wire Wound-Screen is made by winding cold-rolled wire, approximately triangular in cross section, around a circular array of the longitudinal rods. The wire is attached to the rods by welding, producing rigid one-piece units having high strength characteristics at minimum weights.

There is a fixed value slot between each v wire, and the continuous slot, designed to provide maximum open area to reduce entrance velocity, increase hydraulic efficiency and promote more effective development.

The profile wire and support rod can be axial wire or radial wire. It mainly includes internal filtration, external direction filtration. According to the different usage, we can design the flow direction and shape to meet the application requirements. 1. Non-blocking: Wire screen surface cross section is trapezoidal (there is also a triangle), cracks on the screen is the second root surface silk on the adjacent two acute form, solid content through the sieve tube, and two sides of the gap form point contact, therefore, in theory, on the screen of the solid particles or trapped on the screen, either through the sieve tube aperture, impossible to form a third congestion state.
2. High strength: Because this component uses stainless steel wire wound welding structure, so it has high strength, this screen can be cut on the grinding wheel cutting machine, can also be processed on the lathe end without causing loose deformation.
3. Large flow: This screen has relatively small resistance, compared with the similar size of the plastic filter element, greatly increased its flow area, so under the same resistance, the flow significantly increased.
4. Good adaptability to temperature changes: Compared with ordinary plastic filter element, stainless steel winding screen temperature range is much wider than plastic filter element.
5. Gap adjustable: Different users can have different gap requirements. Because this screen is constantly welded on special equipment, the clearance between the stainless steel trapezoidal wires can be adjusted to meet various needs without increasing costs.
6. Corrosion resistance: There are three kinds of domestic stainless steel screen material, these three kinds of material can fully meet the current requirements of various water treatment processes.
