Mix components thoroughly in 1:1 ratio until uniform brown color is achieved. Apply in layers not exceeding 40mm thickness. For optimal results, use vacuum mixer to minimize bubbles. Allow 6-8 hours curing at room temperature before machining, or 3 days for precision work. Use mold release agents for metal and composite structures.
