Non-Toxic Epoxy Resin Glue for Tooling and Prototype Modeling
Product Overview
Brown LH105 epoxy resin adhesive is specifically formulated for prototype modeling, CNC machining processes, and industrial tooling applications. This two-component system provides excellent bonding strength and machinability for various modeling materials.
Application Instructions
- Mix components A and B in 1:1 weight ratio and stir thoroughly until well blended
- Apply the mixed adhesive to bonding surfaces and apply light pressure
- Do not shift or move bonded items for at least 10 minutes to ensure proper adhesion
- Allow at least 4 hours curing time before normal use for optimal performance
- Curing speed decreases at lower temperatures
- For best results, clean surfaces of grease, oil, and foreign materials before application
Safety and Storage Guidelines
- Store components A and B separately in cool, shaded areas
- Avoid mixing large quantities at once to prevent rapid solidification
- If skin contact occurs, wash immediately with soap and water
- Clean mixing tools promptly to extend their service life
