Product Overview

This two-component epoxy resin material features automated output for fast coating applications with single-layer thickness up to 40mm. The low exothermic reaction ensures minimal heat generation during curing, with no odor during application and processing. Room temperature curing enables machining within one day, delivering excellent machining performance, superior surface finish, and outstanding dimensional stability.

Processing Guidelines

Mix components thoroughly according to specified 1:1 ratio until uniform color is achieved. Use vacuum mixer to minimize bubble formation. Apply in layers not exceeding 40mm thickness. Allow complete curing between layers. Post-curing options: 80°C for 8 hours or 3 days at room temperature. Rough machining can begin after initial curing; precision work requires 3-day curing period. Apply mold release agents for metal and composite structures. Ensure proper support frame strength, stability, and cleanliness during machining operations.
