Processing Instructions
- Mix components in 1:1 ratio until uniform brown color is achieved
- Use vacuum mixer to minimize bubble formation
- Apply single coating layers not exceeding 40 mm thickness
- Allow complete curing between layers if multiple applications needed
- Rough machining possible after room temperature curing
- Precision machining recommended after 3 days or 80°C + 8h post-curing
- Apply mold release agents when working with metal or composite structures
- Ensure proper support frame strength and stability during processing
