IS ULtr- THERAPY THE SAME AS HIFU TREATMENT?
Both Ultra- therapy and Ultraformer MPT involves the use of focused ultrasound energy for skin tightening and lifting, which is also commonly known as HIFU (High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound).
While both Ultra- therapy and Ultraformer MPT are anti-aging treatments that reverse signs of aging, they are not the same. Ultra- therapy uses Micro-Focused Ultrasound (MFU) Energy to target a specific skin layer, while MPT utilises both Macro and Micro-Focused Ultrasound (MMFU) Energy to target multiple skin depths to not only firm and tighten loose skin, but also to target excess fat cells.
