1. Orbital Cutting

Cutting Workpiece: large diameter ERW pipes with different materials;
Cutting Temperature: room temperature;
Cutting Machine: Orbital sawing machine；
Cutting Application: Cutting ends, cutting to length；
Blade Material: Low alloy tool steel;
Carbide Material: P25-P40 Tungsten Carbides；
Main Process: heat-treatment, grinding, leveling, teeth welding, teeth grinding, teeth blunting；
Technical Character: Blades in this group cut the workpiece orbitally with good cutting quality and high cutting efficiency. The maximum cutting diameter is 710mm while maximum thickness of the pipes is 50mm ；
Main Specification: Ф300mm-Ф500mm.

2. Flying Cold Cutting
Cutting Workpiece: normal carbon steel pipes, middle as well as high strength automobile structure pipes and high strength thin wall steel pipe with different materials;
Cutting Temperature: room temperature;
Cutting Machine: Flying Sawing Machine for TCT Cold Saw；
Cutting Application: cutting ends, cutting to length；
Blade Material: low alloy tool steel；
Carbide Material: P25-P40 Tungsten Carbides；
Main Process: heat-treatment, grinding, leveling, teeth welding, teeth grinding, teeth blunting;
Technical Character: the maximum cutting size is 140mmx140mm for squares, 60-200mm for pipes, with minimum thickness 1mm and maximum thickness 10mm. It is faster; providing power savings, lower noise and more safety. The working condition and cutting surface can be greatly improved in the condition of production line runs at a high speed；
Main Specification: Ф180mm-Ф500mm.
