White Fused Aluminium Oxide for Abrasives

White Fused Aluminium Oxide(White Fused Alumina) is a synthetic corundum made of reduced fusion of high purity

alumina powder and other fillings in electric arc furnace under 2000 degree above, also called White Fused

Alumina, abbreviated as "WA". Its main chemical content is Aluminium Oxide(Al2O3, 99%min), and little Sodium

Oxide(Na2O), Ferric Oxide(Fe2O3) and Silicon Oxide(SiO2). Because of its high content of Aluminium Oxide, it's

very hard, tough and sharp edged, and has very high refractory temperature, and can be used in abrasive tools

production, refractory materials, sand blasting, water-jet cutting, steel making, metallurgical, casting, foundry,

ceramic industries. We select quality high purity alumina powder and fuse in electric arc furnace by skilled

technicians and execute standard crush, shape improve, sieving, magnetic content removal and grade into standard

FEPA grits for abrasives and sand blasting. Our White Fused Aluminium Oxide is pure, hard, sharp-edged, good

self-sharpening. We check our sieves every two months against standard sieves to make sure that our products

meet FEPA, JIS or ANSI standard.
