Plate heat exchangers represent the most economical and efficient thermal transfer solution available, offering exceptional value through low operational costs, design flexibility, simplified maintenance procedures, and superior thermal efficiency ratings.
The system architecture consists of multiple gasketed plates securely positioned between an upper carrying bar and lower guide bar assembly. Compression is achieved via tie bolts connecting the stationary frame section (head) with the movable frame component (follower). Fluid distribution occurs through frame connections, with alternating gasket placement directing flow through plate passages. Available in both single-pass and multi-pass configurations to meet diverse application requirements.
