Motor Stator and Rotor Stampings
We specialize in manufacturing laminations using all grades of silicon steel, including both fully processed and semi-processed steel. Our product range includes stators and rotors, field and armatures — available as loose laminations, interlocked cores, or auto-riveted cores.

METS Precision-Tool utilizes a comprehensive suite of advanced 2D and 3D CAD/CAM software to design, develop, and optimize die layouts (see full software list below). Our engineering capabilities allow us to design and manufacture tooling for a wide range of applications.
For high-volume production, we build robust, long-lasting dies that deliver consistent performance over time. For prototyping and low-volume production, we also offer cost-effective tooling solutions tailored for sampling and product development stages.
Die protection is a key priority in our design process. METS Precision-Tool can integrate sensors and monitoring systems into the tooling to help prevent costly damage and ensure reliable operation throughout the production cycle.
