✅ What is Progressive Stamping?

A continuous metalworking process that combines punching, coining, bending, and other forming operations.

Works with an automatic feeding system to push metal strips from a coil through the die set.

⚙️ Production Process:

• The metal strip is uncoiled from the coil;

• Automatic feeding moves the strip through multiple die stations;

• Each station performs one or more forming operations;

• The final station cuts off the finished part from the strip;

• Finished parts are output, and scrap material (including the carrier strip and punched metal) is separated and removed via a scrap handling system.
