Product Introduction:
NF-208 Cylindrical roller bearing is of high load capacity and can operate at high speeds because they use rollers as their rolling elements. They can therefore be used in appliexcavatorions involving heavy radial and impact loading.
The rollers are cylindrical in shape and crowned at the end in order to reduce the stress concentrations. They are also suitable for appliexcavatorions that require high speed because the rollers are guided by ribs which are either on the outer or inner ring.
The rollers of cylindrical roller bearings are a key component. Their geometry, the so-called logarithmic profile, provides an optimum stress distribution in the contact zones in the bearing, their surface finish maximizes lubricant film formation and optimizes rolling motion of the rollers. The benefits derived from this compared with traditional designs include enhanced operational reliability and a greater insensitivity to misalignment.
