Notice: For KSDC-A series fan motor is configured on top of the extractor, it occupies smaller space but height is relatively higher. For KSDC-B series fan motor is configured at the back of the extractor, it occupies larger space, but height is relatively lower.
Features
1. Central Control system implements real-time monitoring and analysis on a number of important parameter of equipments in the operation and show them in the display, and it has self-diagnosis function, showing abnormal and error conditions in the operation of the equipment automatically. The central dust & fume purification system' s performance is controlled by PLC controlling system.
2. Pulse jet cleaning method for the filter makes machine to work continuously. User can set the pulse frequency depending upon the requirements.
3. Integrated design, easy maintenance and lower cost.
4. The vertical mounting structure of the filter cartridge can clean the ash more thoroughly and keep the low pressure loss state.
5. The filter material is polyester with PTFE coated, which can filter 99.9% dust at 0.3 microns.
6. This KSDC-8604A dust collector can be connected with piple for centralized dust collection, such as for hood suction type dust collection, room type dust collection, etc. It can be used for robotic welding fume smoke extraction, manual welding fume extraction, polishing and grinding dust collection, cutting fume and smoke extraction, etc.
