Dust Collector Product Introduction
High vacuum welding fume extractor is an industrial dust removal equipment, which is specially used to collect and filter dry, oil-free and non-corrosive smoke and dust. The high negative pressure welding fume purifier has a two-stage filtration device: the first stage is for large particle spark filtration, and the second stage is for fine dust filtration (PTFE coated filter cartridge). The high vacuum welding fume extractor can filter up to 95% of welding, cutting and grinding fume.

Smoke Absorber Main Features
1. Mobile high vacuum fume extractor is convenient to move, it is very suitable for often changing the welding place working condition.
2 .The DN 44mm or 51mm suck hose is very flexible to reach any place where the general suction arms don't go. Also it can connect kinds of sucker nozzle with magnetism or 1-2 pcs professional high vacuum suction welding gun.
3. It is equipped overload prevention circle to avoid motor damage. It is of steady performance.
4. PTFE coated filter cartridge has high filtration efficiency and durability. The filter cartridge is automatically cleaned by pulse back blowing.
5. Low noise, stable performance, convenient operation etc.
6. It is attached with all-direction caster wheels, which makes the facility movable freely and easy to position.
