Fume Extractor Product Introduction
Mobile high negative pressure welding smoke purifier can move freely, better fit to such condition as changing welding workstation. Smoke and dusts produced by welding, cutting and grinding are captured into purifier in the effect of high negative pressure, those with sparks are separated by fire proof mesh, while another sweltering ones are evenly distributed in purifier by board baffle for better filtering. Bigger particles go down to flue dust bucket in the effect of gravity, tiny floating dusts are floating in the purifier for filtering due to the backset produced by attraction. Tiny dust adsorbed outside of filter cartridge will slide down to flue dust bucket after gathering and combining in the effect of gravity, clean air will fed back to workshop to give workers a healthy environment.

Welding Smoke Absorber Features
1.The high vacuum fume extractor has a front connector, and can be connected to various professional suction connector, suction welding gun or breathing masks through a hose of Φ44 or Φ51mm,by connecting with hose of Φ44 or Φ51mm and professional nozzle,it also can be used in robot and welding machine’s fume purification.The nozzle is fixed on the welding gun and moves with the welding gun to absorb welding smoke
simultaneously, also be used in the welding test and in the cleaning of the training sites.
2.The purifier can connect a variety of magnetic suction nozzle through the hose, or connect 1-2 pieces of high vacuum suction welding guns.
3. Mobile high vacuum fume & dust purifier is light with powerful suction. The purifier is rational in design,which allows it to be moved freely. It contains three high vacuum turbine fan units.
4. The filter material is polyester with PTFE coated, which can filter 99.9% dust at 0.3 microns.
5. On the control panel, there are Fan switch, Power switch, Power indicating light and Semi-automatic cleaning switch.
