Kaisen's KSJ-2.2S is an easy-to-use, simple-to-operate mobile welding fume extractor. It uses the most efficient source extraction. This fume extractor equipped with two suction arms with 360° rotation. The suction arm is flexible for easy positioning. No effect on welding process and excellent capture rate. The filter cartridge can be cleaned and has a long service life, thus reducing the cost of use of the product.
It has high filtration efficiency for dust collection and fume filtration for gas shield welding, argon arc welding, MMA and brazing, and other small fume amount working condition.

Mobile Dust Collector Features
1. Four casters at the bottom, two of them with active belt brakes, easy to move and fix position.
2. It is equipped with the all-directions suction arm of 360 degree rotating, can stay at any position. It can suck the fume exactly from the source which make best of the fume collection efficiency, and wide range of applications, insure the workers' health in the largest extent.
3. Nano flame retardant filter material, large filtration area and high flitration percision.
4. Suction arm uses real temperature-resistant, flame retardant and wear-resistant composite materials, and will not crack after burning through by spark with longer life.
5. Equipped with overcurrent and overload protection, safety and reliable.
6. Smoke can be removed from the place where the smoke generate, greatly increasing the collection rate of the dust, capturing the dust at the source directly, complete in one step.
