Mobile fume extractor is an energy-saving and economical equipment used for treatment of dust generated in welding, polishing, cutting and other metal processing. It is very suitable for dust removal in small electric welding workshops and factories with few welding stations.

Working principle
1. The dust comes from the metal processing will be sucked into the collector through the suction hood.
2. Firstly, the dust passes the 1st layer preventer plate which will ramify the fume to avoid residual sparks enter into filter layer directly.
3. Finally, the dust enters the second layer of PTFE coated filter cartridge for ultimate purification, and filter cartridge' s filtration efficiency can reach 99.9%.
4. As the filtering precision of the main filter cartridge reaches the indoor emission standard, the filtered clean air can be discharged indoor via the vent in the bottom of the extractor directly .
Welding Dust Extractor Features
1. Equipped with universal casters, not bound by work station, can move on any position flexibility in workshop.
2. Adpoted import PTFE coated filter cartridge, the filtration of 0.3um dust can reach 99.9%, high filtration efficiency and precision.
3. Equipped with automatic pulse cleaning device, maintain a constant suction air volume and constant filtration ability, according needs, the PLC operation panel can set the cleaning time.
4. 360° rotated suction arm, can stay at any position freely.
5. The hood is equipped with stainless steel spark intercept mesh, which can prevent spark from entering; has the function of preventing spark entering and separating gas and dust in advance,and reducing dust's direct impact on the filter element, thus extending the service life of filter.
