Downdraft Table Dust Collector Features
1.The grinding process of the workpiece is usually essential in the welding shop. For the grinding of workpiece before and after welding work, this product uses the advanced filtering technology. Compact structure, small occupation area, capable of simultaneous operation on two or more positions.
2. Imported polyester coated filter cartridge, for 0.3um dust, the filtration efficiency reaches 99.9% for welding, cutting and grinding, ensuring high air flow and low noise at the same time.
3. Grinding downdraft dust collector of pulse back blowing automatically makes the table in good working all the time.
4. The grinding table is designed completely with user-friendly style, the design work and preparation of other accessories can be implemented based on actual customer needs.
5. The side plate of the table is designed to open type and closed according to the characteristics of the workpiece. It has a table and dust removal function which can remove the dust directly in the source of producing dust.
6. It can also be designed to be lower ventilation or side ventilation according to the actual conditions and choose filtering medium based on customers’ requests to purify different dust. Kaisen has four types of grinding stations totally.
