Welding Dust Collector Features
1. The dust collector consists of a centrifugal fan, a filter cartridge filter room, a pre-filter, a dust collection drawer, a purifier room body, a pulse cleaning system, an electric control device and a flexible suction arm with a dust hood.
2. Equipped with universal casters, can moved to any position of the workshop flexibility, and is not restricted by the unfixed dust point
3. Adopt high filtration precision imported PTFE coated filter material, the filtration efficiency for 0.3um dust can reach 99.9%. Low cost of consumabales, no need frequent replacement, saving environment protection.
4. 360° rotated suction arm, it can stay at any position. Depending on working condition, suitable suction hood and suction arm can be selected.
5. PLC control panel, easy to operate.
6. Automatic pulse cleaning system, keep the equipment constant suction volume and constant purification capacity.
