Fume Extractor Product Introduction
Welding fume and dust collector is specially designed for small particles that harmful to human body produced during welding. It is light, flexible and easy to operate.
Dust produced by welding, cutting and grinding are captured into purifier in the effect of high negative pressure, those with sparks are separated by fire proof mesh, bigger particles go down to flue dust retainer in the effect of gravity, tiny floating dusts are floating in the purifier for filtering due to the backset produced by attraction. Tiny dust adsorbed outside of filter cartridge will slide down to flue-dust retainer after gathering and combining in the effect of gravity, clean air will fed back to workshop to give workers a healthy environment.

Fume Extractor Advantages
1. The high vacuum fume cleaner has a front connector, and can be connected to various professional suction connector, suction welding gun or breathing masks through a hose of Φ44mm,by connecting with hose of Φ44mm and professional nozzle,it also can be used in robot and welding machine's fume purification.The nozzle is fixed on the welding gun and moves with the welding gun to absorb welding smoke simultaneously, also be used in the welding test and in the cleaning of the training sites.
2. The purifier can connect a variety of magnetic suction nozzle through the hose, or connect 2-3 pieces of high vacuum suction welding guns.
3. It is equipped overload prevention circle to avoid motor damage. It is of steady performance.
4. Pulse jet cleaning method for the filter makes machine to work continuously. User can set the pulse frequency depending upon the requirements.
5. PTFE coating micro particle filtration, for dust of 0.3um, filtration efficiency reaches 99.99%
