High vacuum welding fume extractor is an industrial dust removal equipment, which is specially used to collect and filter dry, oil-free and non-corrosive smoke and dust. The high negative pressure welding fume purifier has a two-stage filtration device: the first stage is for large particle spark filtration, and the second stage is for fine dust filtration (PTFE coated filter cartridge). The high vacuum welding fume extractor can filter up to 95% of welding, cutting and grinding fume.

Working Principle
The high-pressure fan will generate a strong vacuum suction force, forcing the fume to move to the air inlet and enter the extractor for purification. While the wire mesh filter filters out sparks, the fume is evenly divided by the deflector, and then filtered by the filter cartridge. At the same time, the large particles fall into the dust collector/fume extractor under the action of gravity, while the small particles float in the vortex caused by suction and be filtered by the extractor. Small particles coalesce on the layer surface of the filter cartridge, and then fall into the dust box under the action of gravity. The purified air is discharged into the workshop through the air outlet.
High Vacuum Dust Extractor Features
1. The high vacuum fume cleaner has a front connector, and can be connected to various professional suction connector, suction welding gun or breathing masks through a hose of Φ44mm,by connecting with hose of Φ44mm and professional nozzle,it also can be used in robot and welding machine's fume purification.The nozzle is fixed on the welding gun and moves with the welding gun to absorb welding smoke simultaneously, also be used in the welding test and in the cleaning of the training sites.
2.The purifier can connect a variety of magnetic suction nozzle through the hose, or connect 2-3 pieces of high vacuum suction welding guns.
3. Mobile high vacuum fume & dust purifier is light with powerful suction. The purifier is rational in design,which allows it to be moved freely. It contains three high vacuum turbine fan units.
4. On the control panel, there are Fan switch, Power switch, Power indicating light and automatic cleaning
5. PTFE coating micro particle filtration, for dust of 0.3um, filtration efficiency reaches 99.99%
