Function instruction
1. The grinding process of the workpiece is usually essential in the welding shop. For the grinding of
workpiece before and after welding work, this product uses the international advanced filtering
technology; filtration efficiency reaches 99.9% for welding, cutting and grinding, ensuring high air flow at
the same time.
2. The grinding table is designed completely with user-friendly style, the design work and preparation
of other accessories can be implemented based on actual customer needs, the side plate of the
table is designed to open type and closed according to the characteristics of the workpiece,and
it can also be designed to be lower ventilation or side ventilation according to the actual conditions.
Kaisen has four types of grinding stations totally.
3. It also needs a grinding dust collector workbench with explosion-proof device for aluminum or
alloy grinding process, we can provide the product them. And we have gained first explosion-proof
inspection ertification in China.
