Performance of Seals
1. Primary Sealing Lip
The sealing lips are made of flexible elastomer, the sealing function is still effective when seals are in the situation of machine vibration and pressure change, meanwhile keeping the stability between lip and shaft surface. Besides, springs enhance and keepthe axile tension of lips.
2. Secondary Sealing Lip
Secondary sealing lips prevent dust incursion, no spring.
3. Outside Surface
Oil seal is fixed in the hole, Outside surface prevents liquid incursion from the surface between oil seal outside surface and hole. Besides, the metal case keeps pressure between oil seal and hole.
