Features

1. This kind machine is used to make wire mesh for brick reinforcement and it is widely in
Africa area. It is controlled by intergrated electric circuit. Not only welding speed is fast but
also it is easy to learn and operate.

2. Cross wire is pre straightened and pre cut by wire straightening and cutting machine. Cross
wire feeding device is driven by step motor which make the hole accurate. Line wire is in coil
and straightened by wire straightening wheel. Line wire distance can be adjusted by moving
the electrode and cross wire distance can be adjusted by operating the PLC panel. And the
mesh pulling device is also driven by step motor which make the aperture accurate.

3. Both machine could produce three or four pieces of wire mesh at the same time.Each piece
of mesh have 8mm extra length at both side.

4. The available wire is black wire or galvanized wire.

5. Finished product can be in roll or in panel.
