Epoxy-polyester hybrids combine epoxy resin with polyester resin to form a powder with many of the same characteristics as the epoxies. This group of powder coatings could be considered part of the epoxy family except for the high percentage of polyester utilized (often in excess of half the resin).

Packing
Inner Packing double PE bags, fasten with plastic strip.
Outer Packing high quality carton (the letters and patterns on the cartons can be customized.).
Net Weight per Carton: 20kg or 25kg.
Physical property
Specific gravity: 1.4~1.8g/cm3 (varied with different color and gloss)
Particle size: average 10~38um, proportion 10~84um > 90%, it can be adjusted if special requirement is put forward to us in advance.
Curing temperature
Standard type: 190°c/15 minutes.
Other type:160°c/20 minutes, 200°c/10 minutes if customer require .
