Corrosion and rust prevention is essential for metals used in environments where water, high humidity, mist and salt are factors. At Surface Technology we have a wide selection of anti-corrosion coatings that overcome these challenges.
We provide three types of anti-corrosion coatings; barrier, sacrificial and fluoropolymer coatings. Barrier coatings are non-porous and protect metal surfaces from corrosion, sacrificial coatings provide a layer that corrodes in preference to the substrate and fluoropolymer coatings provide a thicker form of barrier protection (to over 800 microns) for applications operating in very aggressive and abrasive environments.
