Specification:
The welding of piston rod adopts fully automatic welding machine and gas shielded weldin process, while use ultrasonic fault detector to inspect.
The roughness of scrape barreling in the cylinder barrel is up to 0.4.
The parts shall adopt forging skill and be tempered HB ≥250.
Testing pressure is 35Mpa--40Mpa.
