Types of Hydraulic Cylinders

Double acting hydraulic cylinders use hydraulic pressure to actuate the rod to extend and retract in both directions.

High pressure hydraulic cylinders have significantly smaller and lighter designs than standard cylinders, which saves substantial weight and space in equipment. High pressure hydraulic cylinders are used in applications that need high forces and short or medium strokes, such as material testing and material transforming.

Hydraulic pistons are short, cylinder shaped discs housed within cylinder barrels to compartmentalize the enclosed space within hydraulic cylinders.

Hydraulic rams are the large output pistons.

Mobile hydraulic cylinders are used in many applications, such as snowplows, construction equipment, personnel lifts and material handling equipment.

Product Process:

1. Multi-roll straightening machine, with 10 straightening points, achieves the automatic rolling straight improving the efficiency greatly
2. Heat treatment to obtain work pieces with different properties by changing their internal microstructure or surface chemical composition.
3. Cylindrical degree can be controlled within 0.03mm and the surface roughness is up to 0.4 by honing with range:φ40mm-φ450mm and longest length: 12000mm
