3. Sealing systems seal rings of NOK from Japan and Parker from the US that have good lifetime.
4. Cylinder body, the thickness of cylinder body and flange can be changed, the cylinder inner surfaces manufactured as per appropriate intensity and dimensions
have excellent roughness and rigidity and better wearing capacity after roll finishing. They have 100% nondestructive test.
5.Piston rod high frequency quenching followed by hard chrome plating to improve rust proofing and wear and scar resisting performance

Single-acting Hydraulic Cylinder Details:

This is for single-acting application, and with heavy duty welded construction. Cylinder’s standard color is black, orange or as per requirement. In addition, all seals are manufactured to US specification, and being 100% hydro-pressure tested before delivery. Rod surface treatment is for chrome plated or as per requirement. Hydraulic cylinder’s standard is B type piston (optional: A type piston).
