Quality Control:
Driven by quality control methodology, we independently process every component, any defect is under the nose, which bring high consistent and reliable product. All cylinders are oil tested before leaving the factory.

Technical skills:
The welds are done fully automated for consistency and integrity. With lean welding craft for creating the strong joint strength and eliminating the defect. The welds are defected by certified method like Dye Penetrant Ultrasonic.

The rod is induction hardened prior to chrome plating, which prevent the rod from bending and scratching. The rod remains rustles over 100hours under salt spray test.
The tube is skived burnished for the straightness and concentricity, the superior finish bring better sealing and longer life.

6 After-sales service

Warranty period:

Dallast Hydraulic warrants all cylinders to be free from any defects in material or workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 14 months

Hydraulic cylinder problems occur at warranty period:

(1) New cylinder replace;
(2) price discount in the next order;
(3) the "repair fee" pay: repair fee required to within a reasonable range: the cost of wantong repair problem hydraulic cylinder < repair fee < the cost of production of a new hydraulic cylinder;
(4) for strategic customers, one to one special treatment.
