Warranty period:
Goods will be delivered safely on time. Dallast Hydraulic warrants all cylinders to be free from any defects in material or workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 12 months
Hydraulic cylinder problems occur at warranty period:
1. 24 hours technical support through email
2. Life long time follow up service
3. New cylinder replace;
4. price discount in the next order;
5. the "repair fee" pay: repair fee required to within a reasonable range: the cost of DALLAST repair problem hydraulic cylinder < repair fee < the cost of production of a new hydraulic cylinder;
