Selection of sealing parts: the sealing parts uses PARKER sealing gasket imported from America and BUSAK SHAMBAN supporting ring to ensure the sealing performance of the cylinder and a stable quality.

Welding: through roll finish process, the product reaches perfect roughness and surface hardness, and thus improves the resistance to abrasion and gets the best cylinder rod oil film. The use of welding robots effectively prevents possible instability which is likely to happen when welding is conducted manually. It uses ultrasonic inspection to avoid weld defect.
